In the first quarter of 2010, the Azerbaijani Constitutional Court received complaints of judicial acts related to civil and housing disputes, as well as family and tax relations.
In the first quarter of 2010, the court received 151 complaints of judicial acts, the court told Trend today.
During the reporting period, the court received 533 complaints.
The court adopted 99 decisions on complaints received in connection with judicial acts.
The court's houses continue discussions in connection with the admission of 52 cases to the execution or denial of admissions.
Individuals mainly appeal to the court regarding the incorrect distribution of land by executive and municipal authorities, and official abuse of authority on property-related issues.
