U.S. State of Massachusetts acknowledges Khojaly massacre

The Massachusetts State House of Representatives adopted a document on February 25, acknowledging the Khojaly massacre.

The document signed by House Speaker Robert Deleo says:

“Be it hereby known to all that: Massachusetts House of Representatives offers its sincerest acknowledgement of the 18th commemoration of the Khojaly Massacre”
