Torrential rains bring mines from occupied territories to Terter region

Recent torrential rains caused mine floating from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan towards the Terter region. Local residents and officials confirmed this fact. Torrents brought three landmines to Terter last week.

One of the mines hit stones on the river bank and caused explosion. Another one was removed in unknown direction. Owing to the warning of local residents third mine was taken under control. Local residents said Armenians used unsinkable materials to float explosives throughout the frontline.
