"Miss Azerbaijan" contest hurts feelings of Azerbaijani Muslims"

“Miss Azerbaijan-2010” project started in March, 2010. The finals will be held in the Heydar Aliyev Palace on May 23.

"Miss Azerbaijan", the first and second vice-miss, the seven finalists will be awarded with various titles. The finals will also feature a grandiose show program involving international pop stars.

"This contest points to a crisis of spirituality in the country, 20% of which has been captured and pride of the nation has been shattered by an aggressor," Heydarli during the round-table discussion on "Is there Islamophobia in Baku?".
