Baku to host roundtable "STOP abortions: Let's protect unborn children!"

On this day, religious leaders of traditional concessions in Azerbaijan, public figures, youth, and all those who cherish the life of every child will raise their voice in defense of children and against abortion.

The action aims to protect unborn children from surgical and pharmacological abortion and draw attention of broad segments of society to this issue in order to achieve rejection of abortion as a way to address personal, political, social and health problems.

The program of events include all-round discussions in the format of a round table on problems of induced abortions and their deleterious effects on health of women and society as a whole.

The officials of the Caucasus Muslims Board, Baku Diocesan Administration, the Catholic community, social and youth organizations in Azerbaijan are expected to attend the event.
