Azerbaijan's capital has today hosted the opening of the Days of the Georgian Culture.

Speaking to the opening ceremony, Azerbaijani deputy minister of Culture and Tourism Adalat Valiyev said “such events contribute to boosting the cultural relations between our countries”.
Georgian Deputy Minister of Culture, Monuments Protection and Sports Mariana Chogoshvili said culture can bring nations closer to each other and ensure the establishment of peace and security across the world.
“The Days will bring our peoples closer to each other, and we'll continue this tradition.”
The opening ceremony also featured the performance by the Georgian state dance ensemble.
