Azerbaijani general prosecutor reprimands Sumgait city prosecutor's office

Based on Garalov's decree dated June 18, Sumgait City Prosecutor Daglar Zeynalov and his deputy Kamran Mahmudov are reprimanded for an incomplete and biased conduct of the investigation of specific criminal cases, for permitting illegal activities that led to the violation of the rights of the accused. Mahmudov received a strong reprimand.

Based on the order, Deputy Director of the department for supervisory control over the execution of the laws in effect and operative-search activities general prosecutor office's Mohammed Jabbarov was dismissed.
