Azerbaijan approves rules for establishment of doctoral studies and gaining doctoral candidacy

The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved the "Rules for the establishment of doctoral studies and gaining doctoral candidacy", the Cabinet reported today. The Cabinet made such a decision to execute paragraph 1.15 of the Azerbaijani presidential decree dated Sept.5 5, 2009 "On the implementation of the law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On Education."
