Azerbaijani ombudsman helps citizen to restore his right to property

"A resident of Baku appealed to Suleymanova due to the fact that the building where he lives is being demolished, but he is not able to move into a new apartment. A resident asked Suleymanova to assist in protection of his rights," the source reported.

Suleymanova requested the Narimanov District Executive Power to investigate and report all information on the complaint. As a result, the applicant was issued an order for a two-bedroom apartment of 90.4 square meters on the A.Aliyev Street. A citizen was given monetary compensation for repairs.
