Azerbaijani Constitutional Court chamber holds regular meeting

The Azerbaijani Constitutional Court Chamber has held its regular meeting, the court's press office said.
The Chamber considered the Kapaz Regional Court's decision under the V paragraph of the Azerbaijani Constitution's Article 130 and paragraph 7.1 of the 'Law on the Azerbaijani Constitution' and decided on its execution.

The issue will be revised at the court's plenum session with participation of the both sides on July 23.
