U.S. Navy Band holds workshop in Mardakan orphanage

The U.S. Navy Band Five Star Brass has organized a workshop for 15 young musicians in the Mardakan orphanage in Azerbaijan.
The U.S. Navy Band Five Star Brass, who is on visit to Azerbaijan, trained the young musicians for the Gabala International Music Festival.

Band Director Roger Starcher said they intend to show classic, jazz and military music and build relations with young musicians.

"These events will help us to realize our aims. The children are highly skilled and we wish them success in the upcoming event," he added.

The Gabala International Music Festival will be held July 23-Aug.5.
