Bakery not complying with state regulations revealed in Baku

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent has revealed bakery violating the rules for bread production.
The bakery located in Yasamal district of Baku is owned by individual Mukhtarov, the committee reported.

The committee revealed that the enterprise does not comply with rules of production and transportation of grain and raw material storage.

In addition, the committee found 10 bags (300 kilograms each) of table salt of unknown origin.

The committee continues the monitoring of the enterprise.
