Daylight tragedy: Man kills his wife in Ganja

A brutal murder was committed in Azerbaijan’s Ganja city on July 25.
The murder took place in a park in Yeni Ganja settlement at roughly 16:00 (local time), according to Assistant to Prosecutor of Ganja Elnar Huseynov.

"25-year-old Ganja resident Ramil Jafarov strangled his 25-year old wife Aysel Jafarov after a family row. He strangled his wife on the street," Huseynov added. A lawsuit has been filed over the fact under article 120 (willful murder) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
