Armenians robs Turkish activist in Batumi

28 July 2010 [13:55] - TODAY.AZ
Yusuf Yilmaz, President of Kojaeli division of Turkey-based Union for Fight against Groundless "Armenian genocide" Claims has been attacked in Batumi.
After the incident Yilmaz pleaded with police saying that he most likely was attacked by Armenians. Yilmaz said in Batumi he quarreled with an Armenian as he ostensibly said insulting words against Turkey.

On the same day somebody attacked Yilmaz, robbed him and inflicted bodily injuries.

"Unknown man stabbed me from behind, stole a bag and fled. There were 10 thousand dollars, identity documents and credit cards in the bag. All of that is now stolen. Most likely it was an Armenian, with whom I argued. However, it was night and I could not see the face of the criminal. I went to the police," Yilmaz said, adding one individual has been arrested due to the incident.
