Triplets born in Baku

Triplets were born in the Republican Perinatal Center in Baku on July 26. Childbirth passed safely and a woman gave birth to 2 girls and 1 boy weighing 2,100, 1,900 and 1,800 grams respectively.

Newborn babies are fraternal trillings and therefore do not look after each other. The condition of a mother is also satisfactory. Nagdaliyev added that this is the first triplets born in the centre.

"We had a lot of twins, but triplets were born first time. We hope that in future this trend will increase. Moreover, our center has all the conditions for safe delivery and postnatal care of infants," Nagdaliyev added.
