
The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development revealed and destroyed 342 kilograms of expired products during the regular monitoring of the consumer market, according to the ministry. Monitoring were conducted in Khatai district of Baku, as well as Mingechevir, Zagatala, Agdash and Guba regions.
Expired products - sausage, pastry, butter, milk and dairy products, canned foods, soft drinks, fish and seafood, beer and baby food were confiscated in shops. Administrative measures will be applied towards legal and physical entities.
