President Ilham Aliyev congratulated people on Ramadan Holiday

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the Ramadan Holiday.
"Ramadan, the month of blessings, in which was revealed our holy book Koran, is ending. During this month, Muslims get an opportunity to do their duty of conscience more thoroughly to Allah and religion, experience joy of fine deeds, feeling of mercy, pleasure of victory of spiritual-moral perfection over passion," the congratulation says.

The State Head said national and religious ceremonies including the Ramadan holiday are marked solemnly every year in Azerbaijan, which is an integral part of the Islamic world. "Our pious citizens who withstood a test of fasting with honor see off these days proudly and share the joy of the holiday with pleasure. The wishes of peace and tranquility are extended across the country with tribute paid to immortal memory of the martyrs. I share your good intentions on these dear holiday, may Allah hear your prayers," the congratulation says.

"Dear brothers and sisters! The month of Ramadan, which instills the hearts with divine wisdom, calls people for peace, tranquility and harmony and paves the way for triumph of generous deeds in our society. I cordially congratulate each of you and all our compatriots living outside our country on the occasion of this sacred holiday and wish your families happiness, well-being and your homes - prosperity. May Allah accept your fast!," the President said.
