Azerbaijani scholars to utilize Swedish archives

Chief of the Azerbaijan Central National Archive Department Atakhan Pashayev and head of the Sweden's Centre for Business History Alexander Husebye signed a memorandum on cooperation to this end.

Swedish and Azerbaijani scholars will get an opportunity to use archives of both countries. Initially, both countries' scholars will conduct a joint survey concerning the activity of Nobel brothers in Baku. Addressing the event, Azerbaijani ambassador Ibrahimov expressed hope that both organizations would cooperate effectively.

The event was attended by foreign diplomats, Nobel family members, representatives of Swedish academic and education centers as well as Azerbaijani diaspora.
