Tehran to host Azerbaijani and Iranian border services chiefs' 5th joint meeting

On Sept. 15, a delegation headed by the Azerbaijani State Border Service head Elchin Guliyev will pay a visit to Iran. Guliyev will attend the joint meeting of the Iranian and Azerbaijani border guards, head of the Department of international relations of Iranian Police Hasan Momini said. Trend quotes Iranian IRNA news agency as reporting.

Momini said Tehran will host the fifth meeting of the border structures of both countries. The meeting will discuss issues on strengthening border security, development of bilateral relations, anti-smuggling. Also it's planned to sign protocols on the development of bilateral cooperation.
