
Specialists and scientists from Azerbaijan, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Georgia and US will come together for an international conference on “South Caucasus and neighboring regions in the late bronze and early iron ages” to be held in the German city of Wittenberg, October 21-26.
Azeri scientists Ashurov, Eminly, Badalov and Ibrahimly will report on the monuments in Sharur and tombs in Nakhchivan in the bronze and iron ages. The participants will also hear a presentation on the result of joint US-Azerbaijan archeological excavations in Oglangala.
