Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan expand cooperation in youth policy

An expansion of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in youth policy was discussed at a meeting between Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov and Kyrgyz Minister for Youth Affairs Aliyasbek Alymkulov today. The activities of the leading youth organizations of both countries were discussed during the meeting.

Rahimov said that about 200 youth organizations operate in Azerbaijan. He spoke about the international ties of these organizations, especially, cooperation with youth organizations in Russia and the Turkic world.

The Kyrgyz minister spoke about the problems of young people in the country, transformations in this field and an action plan to be put into operation in Kyrgyzstan in this field.
