Azerbaijan Health Ministry to hold "Week of Breastfeeding"

Azerbaijan Health Ministry will hold a Week of Breastfeeding. The week aims to promote breastfeeding among pregnant women and mothers of newborn babies, chief pediatrician at the ministry Nasib Guliyev said.

“Breastfeeding can help to reduce death-rate among children aged up to two years three times. The young mothers should be persuaded not to give up breastfeeding their babies,” Guliyev added.
