Wages of workers of several budget-funded public bodies increase in Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed Executive Orders raising monthly wages of workers of several budget-funded public bodies. Under the presidential order, workers of the agricultural, forestry, melioration and water industry, environmental protection, hydrometeorology and fish breeding sectors will see their wages increase 10 percent from September 1, 2010.

In another Executive Order, the President increased wages of workers of the social security sector by 10 percent.
