Azerbaijan, Morocco to sign sports development deal

"We are currently working on a new document to develop relations between Azerbaijan and Morocco in sports", Moroccan Minister of Sports Moncef Belkhayat told media.

He said that the relations between Azerbaijan and Morocco in sports were not at a proper level.

"We are interested in the development of relations in wrestling, boxing, athletics," Moroccan Minister said.

He said that it is planned to organize the visits of Azerbaijani sportsmen to Morocco and Moroccan ones - to Azerbaijan. Moroccan minister is in Baku within the informal meeting of sports ministers of European countries. The conference takes place every two years. The representatives from 36 European countries attend the meeting.
