Work by Azerbaijani writer published in Uzbek language

The “Jahon Literature” (World Literature) magazine issued in Tashkent has published two stories by the People`s Writer of Azerbaijan Anar. The stories, “The Fear” and “The Red Limousine”, were translated into the Uzbek language by Rustam Jabbarov.

As is stated, Anar is one of the Azeri writers whose novels and stories were regularly published in Uzbekistan in the past years. The Uzbek composer Kalantarov has written a musical comedy on his novel “The Chain” which was successfully staged at the Mukimi Uzbek State Theater.
