Azerbaijan to switch to winter time

On the last Sunday of  October 31st, Azerbaijan will switch to winter time. According to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan made in 1997,  every year on the last Sunday of October, the time is to be set back for one hour. The same, every year, on the last Sunday of March, the time is set one hour forward.
