Schools with fewer pupils in Azerbaijan's mountainous regions to be integrated

The program to integrate schools with fewer students in villages across Azerbaijan has been launched, Azerbaijan’s Education Minister Misir Mardanov said.

“The implementation of the program has first started in Ujar region,” Mardanov said at a conference hosted by the Baku State University.

The program will cover all mountainous regions where not more than 9 students study in each grade, the minister added.
