State Border Service of Azerbaijan reports about soldier's death

The State Border Service of Azerbaijan spread official information about the armed incident in southern border post.

The incident took place on October 13 in the frontier post N of the Goytepe Border Group, press service of the State Border Servcie told APA. Samir Eldar Abbasov, 19, called up by the Military Commissariat of Tovuz region in October, 2009 suddenly killed his soldier fellow Parvin Natig Heydarov, 19, called up in January, 2010 as a result of careless use of weaponry. The military prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation on the incident.
