
Eynulla Fatullayev’s case will be heard at the Supreme Court, the court’s spokesman Allahverdi Mammadli said.
He said the case would be heard within the procedurals rules.
The Supreme Court Plenum is held in every 2-3 months, said Mammadli and added that the court could hear the Eynulla Fatullayev’s case in its extraordinary plenum as well.
Recently the European Court of Human Rights has announced its final decision on Fatullaev vs Azerbaijan case, which demands to release Fatullaev and to pay 28 000 euro of compensation to him.
