AeroSvit to carry out its flights from Kiev to Nakhchivan

The sides expressed satisfaction with realization of the Company`s flights from Kiev to Nakhchivan since November 1 current year. The Ukrainian air carrier will carry out flights in capital of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic once a week under the following schedule: departures from Kiev on Fridays at 23:00 (01:00 - on Baku time), departures from Nakhchivan on Saturdays at 05:00 local time.

The company "AeroSvit- the Ukrainian airlines", founded in 1994, today operates with the largest network among the Ukrainian air carriers of regular international routes. During the summer period of 2010 of AeroSvit has mastered 16 new directions and now serves more than 70 international air-lines.

As the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Kiev Eynulla Madatli told in an interview to correspondent of AzerTAc, opening of this flight became possible, thanks to the initiative of the management of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and good will and interest in opening of the given route of the company AeroSvit. The Ambassador assured that the given flight from capital of Ukraine to Nakhchivan also will be accessible for the citizens of Azerbaijan, and friendly Turkey and Iran.

In turn, Alexander Avdeev has expressed full confidence that the numerous Azerbaijan Diaspora in Ukraine will use this flight also, and hope that by means of the Azerbaijan and Ukrainian mass-media the opening of a new flight Kiev – Nakhchivan – Kiev becomes known to potential passengers not only on Azerbaijan and Ukraine, but also to foreign countries.
