Cigarette boxes on sale to be changed in Azerbaijan

The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents changed the time of application of new standards on packing and marking of tobacco products in the country. As a result, the application of state standard on “Tobacco products. Packing and marking” was delayed to September, 2011.

According to committee, this was caused by the request of tobacco products consumers. Specially, European Tobacco-Baku Company applied to the committee there are many produced goods in accordance to former standard and it will impossible to realize them until employment of standard.

Note that, the main news on application of state standard on “Tobacco products. Packing and marking” is related with design of cigarette boxes.
