59-year-old woman commits suicide in Zagatala

59-year-old woman committed a suicide in north-western Zagatala region of Azerbaijan, Zagatala prosecutor’s office said. Amina Bagirova, 59, hung herself at the backyard of her house.

Reportedly, Bagirova suffered stress after her husband’s death a few years ago. Once she had tried to commit suicide, but she was saved. Zagatala prosecutor’s office has filed a criminal case over the article 125 (driving to suicide). This is the second case of suicide in Zagatala for the last week. Resident of Uzungazmalar village Murtuzali Murtuzaliyev, 48, hung himself at his house on November 9.
