On November 20, a group of Scottish folk music players will march in the Baku streets.

They will skirl bagpipes marching from the Twin Towers (Gosha Gala) Square and moving through the main streets of the Inner City (Icheri Sheher) of Baku, the Inner City Historic-Architecture Reserve Office said.
They will end marching with gala-concert near the Maiden Tower. The skirl march and concert will be dedicated to St. Andrew’s Day, birth of Andrew, the Apostle, protector of the Scottish people.
Baku Caledonia Society, established 13 years ago, organizes a charity concert on St’ Andrew’s Day every year and Scottish skirl march as a part of the event, which contributes to the strengthening of dialogue between the cultures and relations between the two counties, said the Inner City Reserve Office.
