Father-in-law knife stabs son-in-law in Ganja

"Native of Gadabay region Iman Sariyev argued with his son-in-law Rasim Ibrahimov, 43, as Ibrahimov allegedly tortured Iman Sariyev’s daughter. The quarrel turned into a fight, and - failing to curb his anger, the father-in-law grabbed the knife and plunged it into the chest of his son-in-law," Kapaz District Police Office said.

The police said Sariyev was apparently aiming at his victim’s heart, as Ibrahimov was stabbed in the left side of the chest. Severely wounded son-in-law is in intensive care. Sariyev has been detained. Investigators will take testimony from the victim after he comes to his senses.
