
The Azerbaijani State Architecture and Urban-Planning Committee has approved a number of standards adopted by an interstate scientific and technical commission on technical normalization, standardization and certification, the committee said yesterday.
The committee approved State Standard:24211-2008 on "Concrete and Mortar Additives. General Technical Conditions", State Standard:25607-2009 on "Mixtures of Rubble-Gravel-Sand Coatings and Road and Airfield Bases. Specifications," State Standard:30459-2008 on "Additives for Concrete and Mortar. Definition and Evaluation of Effectiveness," State Standard:31167-2009 on "Buildings. Methods to Define Air Permeability of Walling in Natural Conditions," State Standard:31251-2008 on "Exterior Walls from the Outside. Test Methods for Dire Danger," State Standard:9128-2009 on "Asphalt-Concrete Road, Airfield and Asphalt Concrete Mixtures. Specifications," State Standard:10832-2009 on "Sand and Crushed Stone. Specifications."
The new standards will be replaced from Jan. 1, 2011.
