Polad Bulbuloglu: "War" is antithesis to conceptions of "dialogue", "consent" and "peacekeeping"

Aim of the forum is to join efforts of the government structures, NGOs and foreign partners to develop popular diplomacy, strengthen the international and intereligious ties.

Chairman of the board of directors of CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Foundation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad bulbul oglu stressed the importance of the popular diplomacy. He said the “war” is antithesis to conceptions of “dialogue”, “consent” and “peacekeeping”.

Ambassador said the most protracted conflict is Armenia Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

The forum was timed to the 85th anniversary of establishment of All-union society for cultural relations with foreign countries. The forum brought together representatives of the NGOs, youth and religious organizations, Universities, eminent political and public figures of foreign countries.
