Baku City Executive Power sues State Committee for Refugees and IDPs

The Utility Service Department of Baku Executive Power sued the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs.

The department wants the committee to return all debts. The claim reads that the debt amounts AZN 11 mln. Preparatory meeting has been held today in Baku Local Economic Court #1 on the claim. The process will continue on December 22.
