No one was hurt, he pointed out. A woman suffering from heart disease was evacuated from nearby buildings and she received the necessary medical care, he added. Mirzoyev said causes of the fire are yet unknown.

The fire, reportedly, started at approximately 10:00 (local time). Four firefighters' teams and fire trucks are working to extinguish the fire, the correspondent reported from the scene. No information about victims has yet been reported.
Firefighters try to prevent the spread of the fire to the residential building located next to the Institute, the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's representative said.
