Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund reports about corruption case to Prosecutor General's Office

The fund's Internal Audit Department revealed serious deficiencies in pension payments and accounting at the Surakhani Department, Elman Babayev, the head of the fund's PR Department, told Trend.

A decision was made to dismiss the head of the Surakhani District Credit and Accounting Department, Chief Accountant Kerim Muradov, and adviser-accountants Dunay Shiraliyeva, Maisa Gurbanova, Tarana Javadova, Kamala Huseynova, Elnara Huseynova, Sevda Ismailova, Mehpara Aliyeva, Hikmet Shirinov, Emin Huseynov and Akif Askerov, for embezzlement.

The case files have been submitted to the General Prosecutor's Office.
