Dosimetric Laboratory to be launched in Azerbaijan this year

Dosimetric Laboratory will be launched in Azerbaijan, by the end of this year, said the chairman of the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patent Ramiz Hasanov.

According to him, works on construction of dosimetric laboratory in Sumgayit are conducted. SCSMP has signed a contract with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on supply of laboratory with necessary equipments. The Agency will present the equipments as a technical aid.

Azerbaijani side will construct the building. After construction, Agency will set up the equipment.
