27 January 2011 [16:07] - TODAY.AZ
The State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons determined that the great majority of the Azerbaijani citizens registered as missing were captured or taken hostage during the military operations.

APA reports quoting the website of the Commission that Armenia is requested to provide data about the fate of these people. But the Armenian side continues to hide the asked information.

As a result of the investigations carried out in the past four years, materials about 125 persons out of 200, who were captured or taken hostage during the intensive military operations, were systematized, a book “QSM-7 confirms” was published, DVD version of the book in Azerbaijani and English was released.

The book contains facts about the order of the Armenian military authorities to capture them, take hostage and kill them. These facts were obtained by the relevant service of the National Security Ministry during the occupation of Kalbajar by Armenian armed units in 1993.
