Mother arrested for trying to sell her child in Azerbaijan

A mother, who sold her minor child, was arrested in Azerbaijan, the Interior Ministry said. According to the information, the operation was carried out by the Interior Ministry’s Department on Combating Organized Crimes.

Resident of Konullu village of Shamkir region Zohra Isgandarova was arrested when she was selling her son Eljan for AZN 10 000. The criminal case has been launched on the fact, the investigation is underway.
