German-French Culture Days opened in Azerbaijan

The opening of German-French Culture Days took place on Monday in Baku.
Addressing the ceremony on the occasion, ambassadors Herbert Kvelle of Germany and Gabriel Keller of France said the event was dedicated to the 48th anniversary of Elysee Agreement signed between France and Germany in 1963.

The diplomats reminded the event was celebrated by the two countries` embassies in various countries of the world. They added the purpose of the event was to demonstrate French-German friendship to the world.

The ambassadors also highlighted the importance of the Elysee Agreement.
They also praised relations between Germany and France.

As part of the Culture Days, a photo exhibition was launched on Germany-Azerbaijan ties. The exhibition includes 23 works featuring development of France-Germany relationship.
