Cars, drivers and evacuators: new rules

According to the legislative changes, it is not permitted to take away a car by evacuator from the prohibited parking area, if the driver is near the car. The Azerbaijani parliament amended the article 407 of the Code of Administrative Offences to apply this ban.

According to the amendments adopted by the Azerbaijani Parliament, if a driver violated parking rules and stopped the car in the places not envisaged by law, the car is temporarily evacuated to the parking within the executive bodies.
