New chief appointed to Azerbaijan's Penal Service

A new chief was appointed to the Azerbaijan's Penal Service.
Azerbaijani Interior Ministry’s Central Security Department Head Medet Guliyev has been appointed chief of the Penal Service.

Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov will today introduce Guliyev to the Service’s stuff, a source in the Justice Ministry told Trend. Guliyev replaced Nazim Alakbarov in the new post.
