Azerbaijan approves compensation payment rules for prosecutors

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the "Regulations for payment of costs and extraordinary grant due to relocation of prosecutors and their families to a new place of service".

According to the approved rules, the funds for relocation expenses and extraordinary grant are given to the prosecutors who have special and military ranks, as well as their families.

A number of payments to the prosecutors and their families are envisaged due to relocation. Thus, transport costs to move into the new place of service, travel expenses, transportation costs for household items, compensation are paid to prosecutors and members of their families.
