
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan revealed a number of violations during raids in forestry in the country. As a result, the inspector of Agzibir hunting economy in the Shabran region Teymur Adjalov was dismissed for creating the conditions for illegal hunting, the Ecology Ministry said.
Facts of poaching in Sari-Su hunting economy were revealed, which were committed as a result of inspector Adalat Mustafayev and huntsman Yagub Abishov’s absence in the service. A hunting rifle and 35 cartridges for it were seized from the poacher. Mustafayev received a severe reprimand from the last warning, Abishov was reprimanded.
Measures to combat poaching continue, the Ecology Ministry reported.
