Center for Strategic Studies under Azerbaijani President and Center for Strategic Research under Turkish Foreign Ministry to sign memorandum of cooperation

Delegation led by Bulent Aras, Director of the Center for Strategic Research under Turkish Foreign Ministry, advisor of Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, will visit Azerbaijan on March 5-7. Center for Strategic Research under Turkish Foreign Ministry and Center for Strategic Studies under President of Azerbaijan Republic will sign a memorandum of cooperation within the framework of the visit.

According to the Center for Strategic Studies the guests from Turkey will visit Heydar Aliyev's grave in the Alley of Honors, commemorate those killed for Azerbaijan's independence and territorial integrity, lay wreath at the Turkish Martyrs' Lane.

Bulent Aras and the delegation led by him will visit a military unit on the line of contact. Director of Turkish Center for Strategic Research will deliver a speech at the Academy of Public Administration under Azerbaijani President on the theme "Changing world system and its influence on the South Caucasus region".
