BSU, British Council sign memorandum of understanding

The BSU's rector, MP, academician Abel Maharramov met with British Council's head Paul Clementon on Wednesday.

The sides discussed cooperation prospects and praised the works that have been done to strengthen bilateral relations.

During the meeting, Maharramov and Clementon signed a memorandum.

The key goal of the memorandum is to define the directions of long-term cooperation and coordination of activity as a part of the internationalization of higher education.

The document intends to establish cooperation between BSU and the United Kingdom's higher educational institutions that will facilitate the exchange of scientific workers and teaching staff members.
