Medical exams for brides and grooms in Azerbaijan

Anyone who wants to marry in Azerbaijan will have to undergo mandatory medical examination.

This issue is being discussed at a meeting of the Parliamentary Social Policy Committee today. According to the amendments to be included in the Family Code, anyone who wants to marry will have to submit a medical certificate to the government.
